Heartsaver Pediatric Firstaid/CPR/AED

The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course covers First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, and Injury Emergencies.  The course teaches the lay rescuer the knowledge and psychomotor skills they need to recognize emergencies at the worksite and give first aid.  This course also includes: Asthma care training for childcare providers, Eye Injuries, Fever, Suspected Abuse and EPI pen training.  This course will also teach CPR for Adults, Children and Infants to include choking and use of the AED.  This course will meet the standards for Child Care Providers in Kansas and Missouri.   Location:Prairie Village Community Center, 7720 Mission Road, Prairie Village, KS 66208.
