CPR Training Has Many Benefits

Keeps Your Workplace Calm

CPR training actually increases the chances of survival due to cardiac arrest or other injuries and illnesses which occur in the workplace. Knowing what to do in an emergency gives confidence to yourself and to those around you. Our onsite private CPR classes train you to take charge of the situation, which prevents chaos and panic from occurring.

Saves Lives

The difference between life and death can be measured by knowing how to perform CPR in an emergency, and how quickly medical hep arrives on scene. Our CPR training help you to understand the basics of life-saving techniques for adults and children, including how and when to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), as well as recognizing the signs of heart attack, stroke and choking.

Prevents Brain Death

CPR effectively keeps blood and oxygen flowing to vital organs such as the brain and heart. Without CPR training, brain death occurs approximately four to six minutes after the heart stops beating. Proper CPR techniques can help prevent brain death and increases the chances of survival.

No one is ever truly prepared for an emergency, however, with CPR training, you can feel more confident in your skills and ability to take action if or when the situation arises. We offer public CPR classes and First Aid training, even if you don’t work in the medical field.
